At Elevate Youth Sport, we take your privacy and data protection seriously.
This form explains how we collect, use, and protect your information during your child’s participation in The Ascent Programme (TAP).

By signing our consent forms, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

We collect basic information such as your child’s name, age, team, emergency contacts, and relevant health details for safe participation.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use this information to deliver the programme, ensure safeguarding, monitor progress, and communicate with you.

 

3. How Data is Stored

 

All data is stored securely in line with GDPR requirements and will only be accessed by authorised staff.

 

4. Sharing of Data

 

We will not share personal data with third parties without your consent. Anonymised information may be used for reporting to funders or partners.

 

5. Media Consent

 

Photos/videos may be taken during sessions. These may be used for learning, reporting, or promotion. You can opt in or out of this separately.

6. Retention of Data

 

Your data will be kept only as long as necessary for programme delivery and reporting, after which it will be securely deleted.

 

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data at any time.
